Hop aboard the Tinsel Town Express, an immersive magical train carriage that takes you into a storybook world. As festive music plays and the scenery rushes by, Conductor Merryweather welcomes you aboard.
But there’s a problem—Santa’s sleigh is malfunctioning, and Christmas Eve is at risk. Can you help fix it?

Step into North Pole Command, the nerve centre of Operation Christmas. Here, the elves keep tabs on who’s been extra kind and who might need a little festive reminder. They also field daily reports from homes across the world, where mischievous elves are getting up to all sorts of cheeky antics. With glowing screens and twinkling control panels, it’s all systems go to keep Christmas on track!

Enter the world’s busiest post office, where letters fly through tubes to reach Santa’s desk. At a cozy writing station, write your letter to Santa and send it down the magical chute. Watch as it races straight to the North Pole!

Before you reach the Toy Workshop, stroll through the bustling Elf Village, where snow-dusted shopfronts glow with festive cheer. Pause at the charming Toy Shop and peer through its frosted windows to discover favourite Christmas toys of years gone by, all lovingly displayed by Santa’s master toymakers. Then, when the moment arrives, the grand double doors to the Toy Workshop swing open, inviting you inside to see where the real magic happens.

Step into the Time Tunnel and be transported to the family Christmas grotto experiences of decades past. Wander through magical scenes inspired by the grottos your parents and grandparents once visited, twinkling fairy lights, cosy festive displays, and the warm, timeless charm of Christmases gone by. It’s a heartwarming celebration of tradition, perfect for sharing stories, smiles, and a little festive nostalgia across generations.

Soar to the Top of The World
Step inside the Magic Elevators and prepare for a once‑in‑a‑lifetime flight from Santa’s Secret Forest straight to the North Pole. As the doors glide shut, snowflakes swirl past the windows and the forest falls away beneath you. You’ll soar high above the clouds, heading towards the glittering lights of Santa’s snowy home, ready for your special visit with the Big Man himself.

A Warm Welcome Awaits
If you’ve made it to the Nice List, your Elevator journey will lead you to Santa’s cozy, twinkling home. The fire is glowing, gingerbread fills the air, and Santa himself is there to greet you. Share your wishes, take a magical photo, and enjoy a moment you’ll cherish forever.
12. Return to the Secret Forest
It's not over yet!
After your unforgettable visit with Santa, it’s time to make the magical journey home. Step back into the Magic Elevators and feel them gently lift you away from the snowy North Pole. Outside the windows, you’ll glide past twinkling stars, drift over snowy rooftops, and spot well‑known landmarks below. As the forest comes into view, the doors open to welcome you back to Santa’s Secret Forest, where your adventure began.
