At Santa's Secret Forest, we believe every child deserves to experience the magic of Christmas in a way that feels safe, welcoming, and comfortable.

That's why we’re proud to offer SEN Accessible Sessions, designed especially for families with children who may benefit from a calmer, more controlled environment. These specially adapted sessions take place on Sunday 22nd November and Sunday 6th December at 14:30.

What to Expect

• Reduced Lighting Effects ‐ Lower intensity of flashing, moving, and strobing lights.
• Softer Soundscapes ‐ Background music and sound effects played at a lower volume.
• Calmer Atmosphere ‐ Fewer guests to create a quieter, more spacious experience.
• Trained Elf Squad ‐ Gentle, patient support from our team of elves to help every guest feel at ease.

How to Book

SEN Accessible Sessions will be available on Sunday 22nd November and Sunday 6th December at 14:30. Tickets can be booked online as usual ‐ just select a SEN Accessible Session from the ticket calendar.
